Wags is history with me, they could learn a thing or two about customer service from CVS.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2641877468061274295.post-13810517290545437072014-08-21T16:10:16.336-05:002014-08-21T16:10:16.336-05:00I like CVS so much better and rarely go to Wags an...I like CVS so much better and rarely go to Wags anymore, CVS RR/ECB's are good for a month (not a couple of weeks like WAGS) and I have been told repeatably that they will honor expired ones also and have done this numerous times with no hassles from CVS, in fact they have always been extremely friendly and helpful unlike the Surly attitude at Wags.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2641877468061274295.post-29747763758481856052014-08-21T09:45:55.220-05:002014-08-21T09:45:55.220-05:00I have finally given up on Walgreens. Last time, I had to (politely, through gritted teeth) argue with a cashier and manager that, even though I used a different RR to make an item "free", I should still get the RR for the item I bought. The problem was the RR I was using was probably coded wrong and kept the RR from printing. I just shake my head and stand there til they figure it out. They pushed it through this time, but said that from now on, the RR will have to "attach" to an item greater than the RR amount. Talk about complicated.
