under FDA guidelines shampoo is a cosmetic(go to FDA website), so you can use the $5 off 15 on pantene deal. I got 3 pantene shampoo, 3 pantene conditioner, 1 gallon milk, 1 2lt pepsi. Used 3 buy one get one free pantene coupons, $5 off $15 coupon, 30% off sent in an e-mail and 9 ebc from last week. All for free and got $5 ebc back.

ReplyDeleteMy Charmin had $2 coupon in the package...check the bottom - it wasn't mentioned on the packaging so I didn't notice it until I got home. If I had known it was there, I would have bought the second package with the coupon from the first and saved another dollar.
