    There's a 5% Cartwheel coupon so if you combine it with this week's gift card deal, the deal would look like:

    Buy 2 Charmin 18 Double = 2x$9.99 = 19.98
    -2x$.50 Target Q from today's flyer = $1
    -5% Cartwheel mobile = $.95
    -2x $1 MQ from today's paper = $2
    =$16.03 OOP + get $5 GC back

    That's like paying about .15 per roll.

    I didn't see the Target coupon flyer. Where was that located?

      The Target coupon is a two-sided single sheet that was next to/near the P&G insert

    Oh okay thanks. Sometimes we don't get that in Illinois. I guess that was the case. I checked every paper to see and there were none in any. :(
