Shop 'n Save Deals 1/26/09 - 1/31/09

Another week without a $10 off $50 deal. It's just not me that doesn't shop there on a Thursday without the deal.

Last Thursday, after picking up some great deals at Dierbergs, I stopped at Shop 'n Save to pick up some salsa - a family favorite brand, always marked down. It looked like a ghost town in the store. No one was there. When I got to the cash registers, one clerk was bent over her register with her head propped on her hand. It must have been a long day for her with nothing to do.

Shop 'n Save has a few coupons in their ad this week that could make for some good deals. The $2 off chicken coupon in my ad is so blurry I can't tell what the participating products are to qualify for the coupon. I e-mailed Shop 'n Save yesterday to find out what qualified. I haven't heard back from them. Maybe they should put those bored cash register clerks to work answering e-mails.

Remember:
1. Shop 'n Save does not double coupons.
2. Every Shop 'n Save should be accepting internet printable coupons.
3. Coupon notation: date and SS or RP, refer to which insert to find the coupon. SS is SmartSource, RP is RedPlum.
