  1. I found a B1G1 cpn on a tear pad at SNS. This should make a better deal. Buy 6 = $17.94-6 inst savings-$8.97 3 B1G1 cpn-$6 3 $1 cpns=6 free

  2. The Alexia shelf was already almost empty at the Fenton Dierbergs by 8:00 am! And they aren't expecting a delivery of those limited edition Lay's chips for three weeks. Smart Balance butter tubs were on sale for $1.50, or free after the $1 coupon. (No overage.)

    1. Anon it might worth a drive for the Alexia products - I got 3 bags last night for free and got a $1 Cat when I checked out. And technically it was Monday when I was shopping so my store must have switched prices a bit early.

Also there is $1 IP (either Mambo Sprouts or Common Kindness) for any Country Choice product. Dierbergs had Country Choice organic oatmeal on sale for $2.50, pretty good deal.

  3. I went to Dierbergs early this morning and they hadn't changed their signs or put out the new ads yet... grr! But the Alexia were marked $2.50 and ringing up 2.50... one even rang up full price. But it did print out that if you bought 2 you would get a $1 cat... which would then double if you spent it today. I only bought one since the one rang up at full price so I missed out. They didn't even have the $5 meat out yet, so I took those coupons to Schnucks and spent them there.

    1. You should have asked for the ad. They had it somewhere in the store.

If I were you I would go back with my receipt to get a refund for the Alexia.

    2. Thanks, but it's not worth it for me to take 3 little kids to the grocery to get my 50 cents back. That's the only reason I was shopping so early... so I could go alone. My cashier was not very helpful at all and I was too tired to fight it. I may email corporate though. They should have their ads out when the store opens at the very least.

  4. I just shopped at the Wentzville store and they did have the limited edition chips and the Alexia veggies but they were in the organic isle not the frozen food section. Also wondered where you read about the free prego because it did not come up free for me.

    1. Chris the Prego deal is in the new ad that came out today - regular color ad and not the black and white one at the store only.

It sounds like they didn't get this week's ad programmed into the computer system on time.

  5. Do we know if the deals you posted for Sunday-Monday are still good? Or did they go away with the new Tuesday ad and I should just pay attention to today's updates? Thanks!

    1. Hi Jennifer - Some of the deals on the Sun-Mon post might still be in affect, others will have ended. Most of the previous list were items not in the ad, so I don't know if they ended or not. Just pay attention to the shelf tags.

  6. I will go armed with all of them. ;) Thanks for all you do to help keep us more organized when couponing for helping us save money!

  7. I bought 6 packages of the Alexia Frozen veggies (using 3 of each type of $1 coupon linked above) and it generated a $1 catalina on any future order. Not sure of how many it took to trigger this, it didn't say on the coupon. But I went back in a bought a few more items and they doubled the $1 cat!! Yeah!

  8. I had a Terra Chips $1 Q from coupons.com a couple months ago and they have the Terra Chips price drop (not a sale only price) of $2.50...only $0.50 after the coupon. Check your coupon stash.

  9. Got in a trip to Dierbergs this afternoon:

Smart Balance butter 2/$3 free after $1 off IP coupon
Baked Doritos and Ruffles are 3/$5.97 (after $3 instant savings wyb #3) minus $2 for the $1/2 cpn I got from the schnucks tear pad so 3 for $3.97
French Fried Onions are $1.99 and Shrewesbury Dierberg had a Coupon dispenser with $1 off coupons = free
They had a large stock of the S&W beans that Schnucks was out of 5/$4 so two free after coupon
They were well stocked on the Green Giant veggie chips at 2/$4 (so .50 after coupon)
Johnsonville sausage was scarce but only .99 cents after cpn
Planter's Trail mix was $2.19 so only .19 each if you still have the $1 off one coupon
Nesquick pouches were well stocked and $1.09 = .09 after coupon
There was some clean and clear body wash for $2.79 (disc item) so .79 cents after doubled IP coupon

So still some good deals to be had if you are going tonight.

Kraft Fresh Takes, Stride Gum are no longer freebies in case anyone was hoping.

  10. The new Lays flavors were available at my store so I think the commenter meant only her store wouldn't have them. They fully doubled so got a few cents overage.

  11. It only took two bags of Alexia veggies to trigger the "Save $1 on your next purchase at Dierbergs" catalina. The cashier did not look pleased when she saw my Alexia coupons, she said they'd been ringing up incorrectly all day and had to be manually corrected.

  12. Did three trips to Schnucks and two to Dierbergs over the last three days and saved so much money! All & all, in the 5 trips, I spent $62.08 oop on $170.75 worth of groceries for a total savings of 63%. Not bad considering my darling husband added things to my shopping list that there were no coupons available for and then I added a couple small splurges!

Thanks so much to Jeri and everyone who price checked and posted updates. This is the best and most accurate coupon blog! You all rock:)

  13. I will secon Marina..this is the best and most accurate Saint Louis coupon blog. Jeri gets it right on the mark and doesn't fool around with the "fluff" of pictures or cutsey add-ons. COUPONSTL does rock!

They rang up at $2.99.That was a bonus!!This shopping week has been the best I have evver done. I can't believe how much money I saved!!! Couldn't be happier. Later today I am going to actually figure out exactly what I saved.I exhausted!

    1. I know what you mean by exhausted. There is a new Schnucks ad today and I'm having a hard time making myself look at it and write up the match ups - as if anyone cares.

    2. I dont even want to think about groceries any more this week! I do need to go to SNS for pork cutlets on sale though.

  16. Talk about pooped! I came home last night after my last grocery trip & hubby put away for groceries ate a sandwich called myself watching the news and fell asleep on the sofa clothes on & all! LOL He just turned off the lights, made sure I was covered up & left me there ( I guess he said she's sleeping too well for me to wake her). I'm now having a hard time trying to decide on what to fix for dinner. I called that 'Coupon Clipping Mind Fog'. I'm almost at the point I don't wanna see food unless someone else prepared it ready for me to eat. That gives me an idea...Oh DH..I don't feel well...etc, etc..LOL

  17. The longer the day goes on the tired I am. It's been a three day binge and I feel like I've got the hangover to prove it. Good thing their are no coupons for wine.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Does anyone know when Dierbergs uploads their ads online the night before?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. No they don't. They aren't very consistent on what time they post in on Tues. Sometimes they post it early and other times it's mid day before it is posted.
