  1. I hate to miss out on this coupon. I cant print Smart Source anymore since Java had their security scare a couple months ago, none of my computers will download the new Java update.

    1. You might try again if you haven't lately. I hadn't been able to print but now I can... only from firefox though (on a mac).

    2. Teresa - My home computer is too old and slow and I'm not allowed to update my work computer. Maybe someday I'll get my laptap hooked up to my printer, I do have current Java on that.

    3. I found Chrome will not let you update without the ask.com application. So I finally d/l it with the stupid bar and then uninstalled it under control panel. So, I got the tool bar off, but still have it come up every once in a while when I try to search. You might try that and see if it works. It's a minor inconvenience- but getting the coupon printer to work was worth it.

    4. So that's how I ended up with that stupid Ask.com bar. I had my husband uninstall it and haven't had it come up again. I don't know what he did.

  2. I just found out that some printable Smart Source coupons have a mail option that comes up if it wont print because you dont have current Java. Click on the coupon link then on "Print Coupon", run the app and when the Get Java page comes up there is a link at the bottom for mail option. Just type in your name and address and they'll mail it within 14 days. The mail option was on the recent $2.50 Alexia coupon. I'm going to look for it on all SS printables from now on. Hope this helps someone else :)

    1. Woo Hoo! I know it must be terribly frustrating to have the "Java problem" and see a good coupon you can't print.

I'll see if I can post some "visual aids" the next time I run across a Smart Source coupon.
