We got $221 in total costs for $36. We supplied ourselves with 16 bags of cat litter for our two kitties for $0.49 a bag plus were able to get cheap soda, free Chex Mix, Green Giant Chips, garlic bread, gravy, Hormel meals, cereal, and so on for free! Here's a pic. of our latest trip yesterday.

ReplyDeleteI clearly didn't get enough sleep last night and thought I'd make one last trip to Schnucks today. I wondered why prices were different but got excited when I was actually going to get the Juicy Juice for free etc and then got to the check out. Um, so, yeah...there was no double coupon. ::Palm to forehead::
At least I only ended up buying stuff we use regularly and not just things to donate or because they were free.
I made one last trip last night before the stores closed, and got so excited when I showed the husband that I forgot to take a picture! I love seeing how everyone else did! Great job to all!

Where did Ty and Alyssa and Jayne get the Mtn Dew Kickstart and Tidy Cat coupons, and are they still available? I would have loved to have had them this week but havent seen coupons for either product lately.
ReplyDeleteCJ - There was a $1/1 Tidy Cat coupon in 1/27 RP (expires 4/27). I don't know where the Kickstart coupon came from - maybe a tearpad.

Mount Dew q's were at the Hwy K and N Schnucks at the register. They let everyone get 6 free - gave away 3 $1 off 2 cans each day :). Nice sign was posted infront of the display right when you walked in. Love that Schnucks!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI must have only got one Tidy Cat coupon and used it in January. Great deal on the Mtn Dew, I didnt see any coupons at the 4 locations I went to.
