Great shopping!! Where did the B1G1 soda coupons come from and how are they taking $2.25 off?
ReplyDeleteDierbergs is doing a sale on their Dr. Pepper Ten products. They're $1, but buy one get one free. I've noticed that our system (I work at Dierbergs) doesn't always take off the correct amount. It will still triple even if the item isn't that much, ONLY if you have more to take the overage off on. As in if you just bought two sodas so your balance is $1 it will only take off $1 even with it "tripling" but if your balance is, say, $5 and the coupon is .75 the coupon will still triple to 2.25 even if the item was only $1. Does that make sense?
DeleteBasically, the soda was B1G1 and then I used the .75 coupon from the Spring Flavor Savor from the 3/3 paper which is where the 2.25 comes from.

DeleteTessa - Thanks for the info. Please tell your Dierbergs co-workers how much we love doubles/triples and thanks to the employees for being so patient with us couponers :)
DeleteI'll pass that on! I work at the one on Lemay Ferry so feel free to stop in that one! It helps to work at the store because we catch some of the better deals before customers do. :)
