  1. Just in case anyone is wondering, blue bunny ice cream is $5.99, everyday essential apple juice $2.56 and red baron pizzas (single serve) are $3.69.If you are a blue bunny member there is a .75cents coupon you can print. Be sure to get the coupons that Jeri posted for us!

  2. The cereals included in the B1G2 deal are:
    Honey Nut Cheerios (12.25 oz)
    Lucky Charms (11.5 oz)
    Reese's Puffs (13 oz)
    Kix (8.7 oz)
    Cookie Crisp (11.25 oz)

The price on the Reese's Puffs was $3.41.

I had trouble from my cashier when I presented the Apple Juice coupon. She said I could not stack another coupon on top of the In Ad coupon. I pressed her a little about because I think this is bogus but she didn't give. Has any one else had this problem?

    1. I used one apple juice coupon without any troubles but my cashier is super friendly. You may need to "choose" your cashier. They should except it! Good Luck!

    2. I have the same problem at Shop n Save. I have even gone over to customer service with no luck. They tell me they will not stack a store and manufacturers coupon. I politely explain that they will get reimbursed, but they look at me like I'm suggesting something illegal. After trying this on 3 separate occasions, I don't try anymore. It would be a great deal too.

    3. Thanks for the list of cereals included in the deal. Do you know if all them were priced at $3.41 or just the Reese's?

    4. All cereals included were priced 3.39 at my SnS on Lemay Ferry in SoCo.

  3. Concerning stacking a store and manufacturer coupon - has anyone contacted corporate customer service, or asked about it on their Facebook page? It sounds like several cashiers and/or customer service employees need more training on how coupon work.

    1. I have an updated coupon policy that I just received by email that states that manufacturer and store coupons can be combined. Jeri I'll pm you on facebook to get you the copy. Interesting though, it says nothing about not accepting internet printables that are more than 50% of the item.

  4. Does anyone have a copy of the current coupon policy? I'd like to have a copy. Thx in advance.

    1. Link to SNS coupon policy. Updated in 8/13 http://www.shopnsave.com/content/dam/B2C/enterprisebannerwebsites/Shop%20n%20Save/Coupon%20Policy%209-18-13.pdf

It states they can be combined. Just printed mine to take with me today.

    2. Sorry actually updated in Sept 2013

    3. Thank you for the link. Awesome. So do you think we can use coupons on the "free" items too then? It says the full value amount can be applied to other items in the order, just no cash back. At least that's what I think it says? Trying to decide how many cereal coupons to print.

      Delete
    4. That's what it says but I pretty sure that they don't mean you can use a coupon on a free item, only items that you are paying for originally. I only know of CVS and Walgrens that allow you to use cpns on a free item. You can always try and see what they say, I just wouldn't make a stink about it if they say "no" because it's free anyway:)

    5. Oh well. I guess I will just take one cereal and ice cream coupon then. It is still a pretty good deal. I have a $3 catalina that needs to be used up anyway.

  5. I haven't seen any mention of the 33 Hour Sale on this site. It ends tonight and is $10/$75 or $15/$100. It seems that the discount is after all store and manufacturer coupons though. Is anyone doing this? If I read that right, no matter how many coupons you have you still have to pay at least $75 out of pocket, right?

    ReplyDelete

    1. Yes it looks like the days of $10/$50 and computing the total before coupons is over. Not to happy with that and the higher amount. I left message on SNS's Facebook page urging them to consider that singles and small families dont need $75 in one transaction and to have fairer deals for all.

      Delete
    2. The wording might have been there but it worked like old times.

      Delete
    3. Good to know, but $75 in one transaction is still out of reach for me :(

      Delete
    4. Me too CJ, I can't imagine spending $75.00 at one time at the grocery store. Way to much!

      Delete
    5. I did this sale and its after ShopNSave coupons. I used some MQ's and got under 100 bucks and still got my 15 off.

      Delete
    6. CJ I agree the $ limits seemed to high but I think SNS had this planned for the work week people that do their shopping during the time set. I had not planned on the discounts coming off and staying off. I had one trans to do to use up my remaining EE coupons. I had never had so much in my cart for just one trip. Cashier rang everything and told me to write my total down because she wanted to see how low I was going to go. A new cashier but great w/ coupons.

      Starting total $270.44

      OOP spent. $.22

Now don't think that I don't love the -$2/$20 FB Q days cuz I do. I will take any discount they give out. Going to head back over to MO today for more SNS shopping.

    7. Great shopping!! I dont know where I'd put $270 worth of groceries! And I'd never get it down to .22. thats amazing!! I was glad to see the $2/$20 coupon today as I was headed there tonight anyway.

  6. The Kirkwood SNS is out of the Jolly Time popcorn and the cashier couldnt be bothered to have anyone check the stockroom so he told me to just keep coming back everyday to see if they get anymore in. Nope, dont need popcorn that badly. He also told me they dont have any because "too many people come in to get free stuff". Store employees have been very unhelpful and snotty with me lately :(

    ReplyDelete

    1. Oh my! I'm sure the manager would love to hear about the snotty attitude, so they could fix it.

    2. The Affton SnS (on Lindbergh) was out of Jolly Time popcorn. I asked them to call Arnold to see if they had any. After quite a wait, I was told they had only the 100 calorie boxes. Went there and they did not have any apple juice. (The Affton store had TONS.) Will say the CS person at Arnold was very understanding and nice. Neither store is close to my home. Frustrating!

      Delete
    3. I too have noticed how lazy store employees can be lately. It's gotten so bad that they make you feel guilty for asking a question. As a customer, I should be able to ask any question pertaining to their store that I want and have it answered without frustration. Shop N Save has promotions to get customers IN the store, then the employees RUN them out. Doesn't make sense, when I was younger and working in retail, the customer was always right, not the case these days. I don't feel bad at all for asking. I spent time and money going to the store and I will try to get everything on sale or on my list in one trip. Who are they to tell you to come back the next day and check. That's absurd!

      Delete
    4. "Come back every day." Seriously? That should win a prize or something. I got very lucky last night and the fastlane cashier told me not to come back in the morning and just go to the service counter to get a raincheck for the ice cream deal.
