My friend bought 2 boxes of Fibre One cereal today at the Twin Oaks Wags, didnt buy any milk and still and got the $2RR. I'd read on other blogs that this occasionally happens but I'd never heard of it in St Louis.
ReplyDeleteHi CJ - Thanks for the info. I'm tempted to try this with the Honey Nut Cheerios.
ReplyDeleteThru 12/31 you can get $10 off on a $50 purchase at Walgreens.com. I wasnt sure if gift cards would be included but I found that if you order a $50 Walgreens gift card and add one more item, it will give you the $10 discount. So I ordered a $50 gift card and a roll of tape and only paid $41.87 after the discount, a $8.13 profit! I'm gonna do it again next time a promo code is offered, what a great deal!
ReplyDeleteCJ - Wow! That is a great idea!
ReplyDeleteJeri - Walgreens gift cards are the only cards available from the website, restaurants and other stores' cards arent included. There is a link to the promo code right at the top of Walgreens.com.
ReplyDeleteThanks CJ! I always use a gift card to pay my balance when I shop at Walgreens. It is easier than paying with cash or debit. Now I will order one and save even more.
ReplyDeleteThanks CJ!! I did the exact same order you did! I would love to use gift cards there instead of having all these $2 or $3 amounts coming out of my checking account all the time!
ReplyDeleteI just got an email that they can't fulfill my order because they are out of the gift cards...ugh
ReplyDeleteOut of gift cards!!! How does Walgreens run out of their own gift cards????
