Rally's is my guilty pleasure. I LOVE their fries. Unfortunately, most of the locations in St. Louis are so filthy and/or the workers so rude that I can't go there anymore. When I head down south, sometimes I stop at the one in Farmington which is great. The food at Rally's is so yummy. I wish the company would just crack down harder on their franchises to make sure they are living up to company standards.
ReplyDeleteNot just the Rally chain is nasty; I've noticed problems on both sides of the river for many fast food restuarant. IMHO, you don't have to hire perfect employees for a restuarant, just have a management team that demand workers keep the customers in mind and use their time wisely. If an employee is lazy or clueless, a manager should send that person out the door.
ReplyDeleteHi couponmama - I love Rally's fries too. I wouldn't no about the cleanliness because I've never gone in one. Just go through the drive-up. But they are almost as slow as the Jack in the Box in my neighborhood.
ReplyDeleteHi kas - I agree with you completely. Most of the fast food chains hire young people. A good manager could mold them into perfect employee or should get rid of them.
No matter what retailer I'm at, I feel like the employees treat the customer like they get treated from management.
