    Hi Rachelstl - Most of the time, the best deals at Target are unadvertised.

    I wished I lived closer to one to check on deals, but maybe not. Kerry at Totally Target has made a full time job of it.

    My store did not have the price cut :(
    It was still 3.49 (scanned to double check) but .99 each isnt really that bad. (Of course, not as good as free)
