Shop 'n Save: Kellogg's/Keebler Gift Card Rebate

Purchase $10.00 worth of participating Kellogg's/Keebler items and receive a $5.00 Shop 'n Save gift card by mail.

• Promotion dates: June 26 - July 23, 2011
• Participating products: Kellogg's cereal (8 oz.+), Pop-Tarts, Kellogg's Fruit Snacks, Rice Krispies Treat Bars, Nutri-Grain Bars, Keebler Cookies, and Keebler Crackers.
• Limit one Shop 'n Save gift card per family per address
• Submit official entry form and original Shop 'n Save receipt showing purchase of $10.00 worth of participating products. 

I found the official entry form displayed at the Customer Service desk.  If you don't see the form displayed in the store you shop, ask for one at the Customer Service desk.
