ReplyDeleteJust a head's up, I was told by my Walgreen's cashier that I could not use my $5.99 RR to purchase another South Beach Box if I wanted to get another $5.99 RR. You probably have on the list of company guidelines of Walgreen's but just thought I'd let everyone know in case anyone like myself who had just forgot. My casher was very nice, so I'm sure she was right.

Also did not get my other -2- RR's for the additonal 2 Glade products in which I probably used my 1 RR received on an additional transaction...I guess the same rule applied...maybe it's been this way all along; but I don't remember this rule last year.
ReplyDeleteOn a 4th transaction, I purchased -1- L'oreal Color product and -1- 99 cents hand lotion; but was advised I could only use the Walgreen's $3.00 coupon and -1- $5.00 RR. I could not use 2 RR's to cover my box of L'oreal...another surprise...I thought last year I could use as many as the products purchased to match the 2 coupons used? Ahhh, it's getting complicated. I may have to go back to Couponing 101. Laugh.

Hi Debra - The cashier was correct about the South Beach RR. You can't roll RRs for products from the same manufacturer.
Delete$3.00 of $6.79 is a typo. It should read $3.00 off $6.79. Thanks for catching that, I'll fix the post.
For transaction #4 I think you were correct. If the L'Oreal coupon was a Walgreens coupon it doesn't count in the coupon/items purchased requirement.
