You'll need to login to your PetPerks account to access the coupon. If you're not a PetPerks member, you can sign up online - it's FREE. You'll be able to print a temporary PetsPerks card to use until your new card arrives in the mail.
If you don't have dog, keep the Bi-State Food Pantry in mind. They accept pet food and pet treat donations at thirteen donation drop-off locations in the St Louis Metro area.

ReplyDeleteThe coupon says "one coupon per item purchased". They gave this coupon last year and I had no trouble using more than one at a time. It does print your name and Petsmart number on the coupons.
