Super Poligrip Free - I looked for the .75 oz. size in hopes I could use my coupon for a FREE one in the 3/27/11 RP insert, but I couldn't find this size at the CVS I shop.
If you have any additional info about this week's deals, please leave a comment.
I went to CVS yesterday and didn't get any quarterly rewards! Not in my card and not on the bottom of my receipt! :( I guess I can't be too sad, but I sure feel like I spend tons of money (or coupons) there! :)
ReplyDeleteMy magic coupon was for $5 off 2 100ct or more Excedrin.
ReplyDeleteI had a coupon for $5 off $25 so I got:
1 contact solution 8.99
2 Oral B toothbrushes 5.98
2 flosses 6.98
Then forgot that the contact solution was limit 1 and had to find some filler to get the $25. Bought 3 bags of jelly beans for .88 each
Used $9 ECB
$5 off $25
$1 off contact solution
$2.50 off toothbrush (scored from dentist last week)
$2.50 off toothbrush
.75 off floos
.75 off floss
Ended up spending. $3.29 and got back $16 in ECB
I got a .50 ECB for my quarterly rewards. My CVS didnt have any Oral B Advantage so I couldnt use the B1G1 coupon. I got 1 Oral B Indicator but the ECB didnt print-the cashier had to manually print. No Glide floss or Gum Flossers. If I dont shop on Sundays I am out of luck at my store :( Mentos are on sale for .50 and there was a .50 coupon in the inserts within the past month or so.
ReplyDeleteHi Tonya and CJ - I got $1 quarterly reward and my receipt. I must be a big spender at CVS :)
ReplyDeleteHi Marcella - Thanks for sharing your shopping trip.
I work at cvs. when you use a lot of coupons you will get either a low amount or no quarterly extra bucks. you have to spend a certain amount.
ReplyDeleteWelcome CVSite - You can't tell we LOVE CVS here. Maybe sometime too much at some of the stores :)
ReplyDeleteI know I was just teasing about getting so little of quarterly reward. Everyone sees on my weekly post how much I bring home from CVS and how little I spend out of pocket.
FYI - I was buying my Oral B toothbrushes and noticed that they had kids brushes marked for the sale as well, which was better for me. I thought it was weird at the time, but they had marked the Oral B Pulsar for Kids that is normally 8.49 with the tag (I lifted it to check that it was covering the product I picked up). They meant to put the tag on the Oral B Pro Health For Me which is normally 5.49.
ReplyDeleteI was in a hurry and flustered when I bought the original brushes, so I ended up having to return them later and get the right ones. They were super nice about it, no issues at all, but it was kind of funny, that because I had used so many Qs and EB to pay, they could not refund me normally because the refund exceeded the amount of cash I had actually paid (refund was $17.xx, but I had only paid 1.74 oop). I got a CVS GC for the reaminaing amount.
Oh, and before anyone mentions it - I noticed this initally because I found the Oral B Qs still in my CVS Q envelope and wondered why I had forgot to use them - I knew in the store that I had something funky because my oop was too high, but I had to get a raincheck for 2 items and thought I had goofed it because of that. I DID NOT get a full refund for a product that I had used a MC on. All of my Qs for that trans were EB and Qs used on other items.
Once again, I LOVE CVS! It is awesome that they hire courteous people and create policies that let them do their job in a reasonable and fair fashion!
Hi pixie_bit - I too love that CVS is so nice to work with. I can't wait until they are on every other corner like Walgreens.
ReplyDeleteI finally found the PolyGrip at Schnucks for $1.99.
ReplyDeleteThanks, ArmyMom!
