Remember:
- Count the number of items you have and the number of coupons you are using. (A register reward is considered a coupon but an in-ad coupon isn't.) The register will not accept more coupons than items you're purchasing. Purchase fillers as needed.
- Always give the cashier your coupons in groups, first Register Rewards, then manufacturer's coupons, and then Walgreens' coupons.
- Only one Register Reward will print per offer per transaction. Split your items into several transaction if you want to earn Register Rewards on each of them. Example: This week if you want to buy more than one Right Guard and get Register Rewards for each of them, they have to be in separate transactions.
- If you use a Register Reward for the same brand of products, you will not receive another Register Reward. If you use a Register Reward for a different brand of product, you will receive a Register Reward.
- Ask for a rain check if the store is out of a sale item. They don't expire and you can use them at any Walgreens.
- You can use a Walgreens' coupon and a manufacturer's coupon on the same item. Read about Walgreens' Coupon policy.
I am less than thrilled with this week's ad and I have a $3 RR to use. Maybe I will just use it on bags of ice for our trip!
ReplyDeleteLisa - I agree. I've got $13 expiring today. I will probably pick up a couple of Right Guards, but the rest I won't be able to roll.
ReplyDeleteJust a thought! There's a chance that you could still roll a portion of your Register Rewards value by buying toothpaste! Just make sure that you don't use the RR on the same company's product that you got them from before. Like the Aquafresh toothpaste RR from last week on this week's Aquafresh toothpaste. Use them on the Colgate toothpaste instead. :) Oops, today is the 29th of June already... am I too late in sharing my thoughts with you guys? Sorry. :I
ReplyDeleteOh, but I think you have thought about this also. :) (Is it so obvious that "couponing" has made me "think" a lot these days!? LOL... )
