Menu Plan Monday - Week of 1/17/11


I plan my menu every week with what I already have in the pantry and freezer.  It makes planning easy and leaves me to spend my grocery budget on the best deals for that week.

Monday: Spaghetti, green salad, garlic bread

Tuesday: Baked chicken, mashed sweet potatoes, veggie & fruit

Wednesday: Goulash, fresh pineapple

Thursday: Sirloin tip roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas,

Friday: Bratwurst, fries, fresh pineapple

Saturday: BBQ beef sandwiches, fries, veggie

Sunday: Pork chops, long grain & wild rice, applesauce, veggie

  2. We have long forgotten brats in the freezer left over from the summer. I think we might have a brat night this week too. Maybe make some cole slaw to go with the fries.

  4. Hi Marcella & couponmama - I can hardly believe both of you have Brats in the freezer from last summer. Brats are something that never last very long around our house. My guys would eat them every night and never complain.
