ReplyDeleteThe Old El Paso coupon is about halfway down on the right side of the OEP website, it says 60 cents off on 2. Click on it and you should get the Bricks link and print from there.

Hi Rachel - Thanks for letting me know the coupon is gone.
I went to walgreens and used the gold bond coupon. The cashier did not want to take my printed coupon and the manager was reluctant too. He said that walgreens is trying to get away from them because people just copy them and then they lose money. Anyone had trouble with this. He let me use it since i just had one.

ReplyDeleteBut, some people counterfiet money and I've never heard of a store say they weren't going to take cash any more.
There are ways a retailer can tell if a coupon has been copied, but like they can check to see if money is counterfiet. They need to educate themselves more.
Printable coupons have a watermark on them that does not copy. A retailer should look for it. Also evey coupon can be tracked to the IP adress where it was printed.

ReplyDeleteJeri - Your point about counterfeit money is what I tell cashiers when they say my coupons might be copied. I've never had cashiers refuse to take my cash or credit card. Stores lose way more money from credit card fraud than they do from fake coupons. If Walgreens does stop taking printables there wont be much reason for me to shop there.
