CVS Field Notes - Week of 2/06/11

Here is an update of what is going on with CVS's sales for this week.

• Magic Coupon Machine  - Sunday I received: $3 off any Cosmetics purchase of $10 or more, $1 off 2 New Hershey's Drops or Reese's Minis, and $1 off 2 Gold Emblem Snacks or Cookies.

• Nivea Lip Care  -  As usual, the prices I found at the store I shop are different from the online prices.  The Nivea lip I found ranged in price from $1.29 for Kiss of Smoothness to $4.19 for Lip Shine, with other varieties for $2.99.  The B1G1 coupon in 2/06/11 RP is good up to $3.99.  For this week's deal: buy (4) of the $2.99 varieties = $11.96, use (2) B1G1 coupon, pay $5.98, get $5 ECB.  Final cost would be .98 for 4 Nivea lip care products.

•  Maybelline Cosmetics -   I couldn't not find any product priced even close to the $3.99 online price.  But, the store I was at is redoing their cosmetics wall and I'm not sure all of their product was out.  Have you found any Maybelline that would make for a good ECB deal?

• Dove Visible Care Body Wash - The store I shop has two bottles left, and they were behind the front counter.  Several readers are reporting that their stores are out, and were told it is not a product that CVS will continue to carry.  Ask the manager at your store if they will substitute another Dove Body Wash, since it is in their ad and not available to purchase.
