I bought a duffel/backpack online from Office Max today and will get 100% back (free shipping, just paid tax), will use it to buy ink and supplies. Good deal!
ReplyDeleteI think instead of running around town for deals I'll just go to walmart. They seem overall cheaper.
ReplyDeleteAnon-if you aren't in a time crunch, I'd suggest waiting out the deals another couple weeks. I remember last year, some things got much, much cheaper than this. Hoping we see the same trend this year as it's such an easy and fun way to donate a ton of supplies for so little money.
ReplyDeleteHi All - I hope the deals get better. I remember much better back to school deals last year too.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous - I guess it all depends on how close you live to a Walmart. I would drive by all the store mentioned (some several times) before I got to a Walmart. But, I do like the idea of price matching.
Kirkwood Target had the composition notebooks marked .99 but they rang up .40. I was buying them to donate but now I think I wish I'd gotten more. Who knew? Might be worth checking at one ot he price checkers if you go to Target
ReplyDeleteHi Marcella - Thanks for the info.
ReplyDeleteI'm impressed with anyone out shopping today. I've hardly been out of the house in the last few weeks. Add heat to the list of weather I don't shop in.
