What's for Dinner? Texas Toast & Chili


I'm willing to eat Texas Toast for one more night.  I hope the Cardinals and the Freese family are too!

    Don't know if you saw, but Schnucks is running the $5 wings-and-coke deal again today from 2-7!

    Being that I'm not a Cardinals fan, I'd eat a cardinal if I thought it would keep them from winning. But it wouldnt so I'll go to bed hungry and unhappy tonight. Everyone else enjoy the game!

    headed to the parents' house to watch the game. Chili is on the menu there as well... maybe I should pick up some Texas Toast on the way there. Might have to stop by schnucks too :)

    we're having baked chicken and baked potatoes ....and maybe we will get a bloomin onion from outback to munch on while we are watching the game

    Ms. Jeri, your three days in a row Texas Toast dinner worked! LOL.

    I have a cute (for me ;) Cards shirt that I first wore at the Cards & Royal live game in Kansas City Stadium, and the Cards lost on that game. During one of the World Series games, I wore it to work then the Cards lost that night. Told hubby that I think that shirt is kind of "cursed". :( So I never wore it again the rest of the 7 big games. I just wore my pink old hand me down from a friend Cards shirt on Crazy Game 6 and of course last night, watching TV bundled in a pink blanket on our couch and cheering and praying for the THE CARDS WINNING! :)

    GOOOO CARDS! Thanks to all "the powers" for making us HAPPY CARDS FANS! :)

    Hi All - Wow, what a series. I was glad to eat Texas Toast three nights in a row. Thank goodness I had plenty in my stockpile.
