Our own St. Louis Symphony has many free offerings. 50 Free program is here: http://www.stlsymphony.org/50free/. Onstage At Powell are concerts where the audience can sit onstage with the performers. Info here: http://www.stlsymphony.org/communityevents/. In Unison concert are free and take place at various African-American churches through the city, all year. http://www.stlsymphony.org/communityeducation/inunison.aspx. They offer a free concert outside in September under the Art Museum and many concerts are reduced with a student ID. Tickets are not bad either at $20-up.
