Menu Plan Monday - Week of 5/21/12
"Mad Madness" (that busy busy schedule that stars about mid-March) is all but over at our house. I've focused each week to get dinner on the table and not resort to the drive-thru window. Most weeks, I've been successful coming up with a menu plan that will work.
Now, I can't seen to get out of the hurry feed the family mode.
Monday: Grilled Bratwurst & Onions, Sweet Potato Fries, Strawberries
>
Tuesday: Grilled Chicken Margarita Pizza
Wednesday: Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Sandwiches, Chips, Green Salad
Thursday: Ham & Cheese Omelets, Orange Juice
Friday: Honey Mustard Chicken Wraps
Saturday: Dinner Out
Sunday: Grilled Hamburgers, Homemade Onion Rings
What's for dinner at your house this week?

I actually cooked last night due to the great price on Schnucks salsiccia (and because I ran out of free birthday meal coupons!). I made sausage meatballs with cheesy broccoli rice. Leftovers later this week will be either spaghetti & meatballs or meatballs with rice and gravy.
ReplyDeleteHi CJ - Great idea of making Sausage Meatballs. It's so much cheaper than burger.
DeleteWhat kind of bread do you have your teriyaki sandwiches on? It sounds like a fun twist to typical chicken teriyaki... I think we'll have to give it a try!
ReplyDeleteHi Chisti - I just use hamburger buns. I like Schnucks bakery onion buns.
DeleteI flatten the chicken breast out a bit and cut them in half before I marinade them in Kikkoman's. I like mayo on my sandwich, but my husband uses Dijon on his.
