I have frozen lunchmeat. I just use it in hot sandwhiches then, though. I always think it might tasted watery if I eat it cold.
ReplyDeleteA GREAT idea for dinner one night with the frozen lunchmeat-- Chicken Cordon Bleu sand. Chicken lunchmeat, slice of swiss chees, sliced ham, ranch dressing on a croissant. Heat on cookie sheet at 350* for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. I usually do 1:2 ratio of ham to chicken

ReplyDeleteI freeze lunchmeat all the time. I think this one will freeze well since it is vac packed also. I have been putting five of them in one small freezer ziplock for additional protection and have some stored in a lock n lock container. =)

I freeze lunch meat regularly. Never had an issue with it. This is an awesome sale! I would def. stock up. :)
