*GONE* Progresso Recipe Starter Coupon $1/1
Progresso Recipe Starter Printable Coupon
There is a new Progresso Recipe Starter coupon available to print. This coupon is on Kroger's web site, but there is no mention of Kroger on the coupon.
I haven't tried this Recipe Starters yet, but since I can pick it up inexpensively at Schnucks this week, I will give it a try. Anyone have suggestions on which flavor I should buy?
:: Schnucks through 9/23/12
Progresso Recipe Starter - $1.33
$1/1 Progresso Recipe Starter Cooking Sauce Coupon
= $0.33 after coupon

I got a free can of the garlic flavor in the mail this week. Not sure what I'll make with it, but it came with a receipe for beef stroganoff using the Portabella Mushroom Receipe Starter that looks really good. I'll try to print the above coupon and get it at Schnucks.
ReplyDeletePortabella Mushroom does sound good. I'll have to try that one.
DeleteI made stroganoff with the Portabella Mushroom a few days ago and it was really good. I think it would also be good over any pasta and as a base for cauliflower soup.
DeleteI used my coupons on the Portabella Mushroom too. Storganoff sounds good.
DeleteI have tried the 3Cheese one. It is really good. If the Target cpn is still good then the 2 combined make a great deal on them.
ReplyDeleteI think this coupon is gone
ReplyDeleteMissed it :( I think there was a .50 coupon in the 9/9 inserts.
DeleteI know this thread is old, but I tried the creamy garlic flavor. Mine came with a recipe for chicken pot pie. I used the pork loin that was on sale at schnucks a couple of weeks ago and the free canned biscuits from one of the friday drive time deals. It was really good!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the update on which flavor you used and what you made. I'm getting the idea that Recipe starters are like fancy cream soups.
