Remember: You want multiple coupons to use when a product is at a rock bottom price. When it's a good coupon insert week, I purchase 4 or 5 papers and sometimes acquire more. At first, I thought it was crazy to spend money to save money. But I've always saved much more than my investment.

I got the J&J coupons in the freebie Suburban Journal but not in the paper that was delivered. Go figure.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Marcella - Sometimes, I wonder if the people who run the paper printing lines just flip the switch on and off at their whim to drop in the inserts.
DeleteWhere do you get the journal? It used to be delivered but hasnt been in over a year now.
ReplyDeleteHi Cathy - I guess it depends on where you live if you get the Journal. I haven't gotten it for years, but other's have told me they sometimes find them with the free papers at the entrances of the grocery stores.
DeleteI got the J&J insert in my delivered paper. Wish I still got my Journal :(
ReplyDeleteKelly
Hi Kelly - Yup! Someone at the Post-Dispatch flips the switch on and off when dropping the inserts to keep us all guessing.
DeleteHas anyone tried the Community Coffee? What is the price point?
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure I've ever seen Community Coffee before. It might be a new product for this area, and if it is we might see a good sale.
DeleteI got the J&J insert in my delivered paper. The Warson Woods Dierbergs has the Good N Natural bars at the register. They have chocolate and lemon varieties, 2 flavors I'd not seen before. Also some Walgreens stores have candy donation boxes for the troops, this would be a great donation item.
ReplyDeleteThanks, CJ! I tried them the time the last time there was a free coupon. I didn't like them at all, but my teen had not problem finishing them off.
DeleteThey would make a great donation item.
