Menu Plan Monday - Week of 3/4/13




I'm hoping the weather is nice enough to grill  this week.  Spring sports practice started last week for the high school kids -  so I'm in the mind set Spring is here, but last week sure didn't cooperate.

Monday: Corn & Cheese Chowder, Hard Rolls

Tuesday: Leftover Roast Beef

Wednesday: Chicken Piccata, Peas, Fresh pineapple, Garlic Bread

Thursday: Breakfast as Dinner - French Toast, Sausage, Grapefruit

Friday: Grilled Hamburgers, Fries, Frozen Veggie, Apple Slices

Saturday: Grilled Pork Chips, Long Grain & Wild Rice, Frozen Veggie

Sunday: Spicy Skillet Chicken, Rice, Green Salad
