At Shop n save this week, I purchased 2 kraft fat free ranch dressings with the coupons, and did not get the extra dollar off in addition to the coupons (It was 2/$5 rather than the 2/$4 with the automatic savings. Not sure if it was a mistake, or if it was because I used the coupons the discount was removed. jDoes anyone know?
ReplyDeletei have experienced cashiers cheating at shop n save. one time I caught one holding onto some of my coupons. when I mentioned to "customer service" (ha ha) she said that cashier was one of her longest standing - I think there is a bad culture going on there....
DeleteHow do you know what the cashier does with your coupons after you leave and why do you care? No wonder customer service didn't give you the proper response you wanted. Don't sweat the small stuff!
DeleteThe cpn should not have changed the extra $1 coming off. I do it all the time. Take your receipt to customer service and they will fix it.
ReplyDeleteHI Anonymous - Sometimes with instant savings, you might find it not working correctly. All it takes is one number input into the computer wrong to have that happen. With all the different varieties and number I can see how that happens.
