New Target coupon policy (please excuse the all caps, I copied this from an email):

SOME GOOD THINGS! IT NOW SPECIFICALLY STATES THAT "ONE COUPON PER PURCHASE" MEANS ONE COUPON PER ITEM, AND THAT "ONE COUPON PER TRANSACTION" MEANS YOUR WHOLE BASKET. ALSO IT SAYS THAT THEY WILL TAKE COUPONS WITH OTHER STORES NAMES ON THEM, LIKE THE PRINTABLE ONES THAT SAY "REDEEMABLE AT WALMART".
STILL CANT USE MORE THAN ONE TARGET COUPON AT A TIME IF THE TARGET COUPON STATES "ONE COUPON PER PERSON" THOUGH. THATS THE THING THAT MOST KEEPS ME FROM GOING TO TARGET. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO USE A BUNCH A TARGET COUPS AT ONCE.
.75 coupon for Steak N Shake frozen burgers or melts. Has anyone seen these at STL grocery stores yet?
