The rebate form states - check amount will be for the actual purchase price excluding sales tax. I don't know if I will receive the full $3.99 back in rebate, since my receipt only has the headband and coupon on it. If I was thinking, I would have purchased something else when I purchased the headband. Then there is no way to tell which product I used the coupon on.
