Shop 'n Save Deals: 2/22/10 - 2/27/10

NO $10 off $50 this Thursday.

It's hard for Shop 'n Save to lure me into their store when they don't offer the $10 off $50. But, I probably will stop in to pick up the 10 lbs. of russets for $2. I've heard there was a bumper crop of potatoes this year, so we should be seeing the good prices for potatoes continuing.

Remember:
1.. Shop 'n Save does not double coupons.
3. Shop 'n Save accepts internet printable coupons up to 50% of the product retail price. (** I've noted coupons that are over 50% of the sale price in the match-ups.) Take a look at Shop 'n Save Internet Printable Coupon Acceptance Policy.

  1. Be careful in picking up a bag of the russet potatoes. I bought the $1.50 per bag before and most of them were "bad". They got that "black color thing" all over when peeled. :I I hope I was just the unlucky one.

  2. Thanks for the heads up, coupon.girl. I'm not a fan of Shop 'n Save's produce anyway - at least at the store I shop.

  3. I'm guessing those spuds were stored improperly at one point, since they aren't bagged in the field. Like any food product try sniffing near the air holes of the bag. IMHO, the (new) reds seem to keep longer and also make a better mustard style potato salad

  4. I agree with you, Kas. The red ones last longer. :)

  5. Sounds like those potatoes got frozen. Okay I have enough Progresso soup stocked up for the next 5 years. Can't they come up with something else to be on sale.

  6. Hi kas & coupon.girl - For some reason I'm partial to russets. I don't know why.

Hi Lynda - I'm ready for the season to change and different products to go on sale. I'm getting low on BBQ sauce and mayo.
