The 3/7/10 SmartSource insert has a coupon for a FREE 5 oz. Franks RedHot Original Sauce or $1.39 off any other Frank's RedHot Sauce.
Woo Hoo! Who doesn't love a coupon for a FREE product, until you can't find right size of product. I'm thinking Marcal Smart Steps free single roll TP here.
This Frank's coupon is usable for a FREE bottle. Schnucks has the 5 oz. bottles on sale for .79 through 3/28/10, regular price 99 cents. The store I shop has a free standing display full of this size bottle.
At Schnucks:
Franks RedHot Original Sauce - .79
FREE - 3/7/10 SS
Final price: FREE
Thanks, Schnucks Shopper!

Schnucks did a clearance on 2 oz. size of McIlhenny Tabasco Sauce a couple years back. I believe there was a dollar MQ good at the time. I stocked away a good suppply of both the regular and green type for either free or hardly any cost.
ReplyDeleteHopefully SNS has it (didn't check Thursday). I like to save my "free" coupons for $10 off $50 days. It really helps bring down my total.
ReplyDelete^^I checked SNS and they didn't have the 5 oz bottles...they had some for 1.79 but the q is a maximum of 1.39 off.
ReplyDeleteNo $10 off $50 this coming Thursday. Hopefully the deal where one buys Kellogg's cereals and receives cat(s) for free milk begins this week. SnS does not follow national campaign and often will limit a promo to one week. The Sunday ad shows Frosted Flakes and Corn Pops @$2.00 for the week.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the price info Sadina.
ReplyDeleteI like to keep my free coupons to use at SNS also. It might not be a bad idea to use this coupon on the bigger bottle if we get another $10 off $50 before the coupon expires. The hot sauce would cost about .11 each with the extra 20% off on $10 off $50 Thurs.
Hi kas, I guess I'll have to drive to Crestwood for the $10 off $50 match to SFM. There have been some .70 blinkies for Froot loops or Corn pops. Makes them under $1 if you shop on Thrusday at Crestwood and take SFM ad.
ReplyDeleteHopefully, someone will test the Catatlina.
The big bottles of RedHot were $1.97 at my sns on Thursday. I wish I had read the Q more carefully as I didn't realize I could use it for $1.39 off. Would have been better than the $1/2 Q I used. We were completely out and we go through that stuff like you wouldn't believe! I'm looking into buying some of those Qs right away!
ReplyDeleteOh, and the Brentwood Target has the 12 oz. bottles for $1.59 regular price. Not a bad deal at $.20 either.
~Staci
Thanks, Staci - I included Frank's in this week's Target ongoing deals. I agree .20 isn't bad at all for a bigger bottle.
ReplyDeleteJeri which Schnucks is it that I can find the small bottles for $.79. I've looked at 2 and can't find them.
ReplyDeleteHi Tisha -
ReplyDeleteI've seen them at a couple South City stores. I'm usually in The Hill store or South Grand. They are in a free standing display about 3 1/2 to 4 foot tall. And, maybe not even in the condiment aisle, but somewhere else in the store. Hope you find them.
I found the .79 bottles of Franks last night at the Brentwood Schucks. They were on a cardboard display in the middle of the back of the store next to the on floor freezer where the bagged frozen chicken is. Also the Brentwood store has a HUGE coupon exchange basket in the front of the store, it was filled with coupons. I didnt find any I needed but what a great idea! I wish every grocery store had one.
ReplyDeleteThanks CJ! I hope Tisha finds them.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jeri and CJ. I'm going out Thursday to pick up a few for my Granny.
ReplyDeleteHi Tisha - Your Granny sounds like a cool woman. Mine wouldn't have touched hot sauce.
