A lot of the Poptarts had $1 off 2 boxes peelies on them making them $1.33/box. Not bad.
ReplyDeleteI have bought this meat before and was not impressed. Price is a mediocre savings and quality is not Dierbergs usual.
ReplyDeleteYou have to be care to hunt around for good sized packages. Sometimes I've gotten good ground round for about $2/lb. But the smaller packages are closer to $3.50/lb. The frozen seafood is sometimes a good price. The pork and chicken are rarely a deal, imo.
ReplyDeleteThe meat sale @ Dierbergs was a better deal when they used to honor the SNS $10 off $50 coupons. I rarely buy meat through this sale since it's usually only $1-2 savings off the package price anyway. I agree that the quailty isn't usually as high either.
ReplyDeleteHi Aundannava - I'm in agreement with most everyone here. The meat will have regular price on them and if it's a good deal or not just depends what sizes the meat is packaged. I've never noticed a difference in quality.

ReplyDeleteHi Leigh Anne - Since you have to buy your meat/seafood all on the same date for the Dos Equis rebate, it does make the meat not a bad buy at Dierbergs.
