  1. Does this work at all SnS? I know you have mentioned the crestwood one honoring competitors coupons, but what about others for this deal?

  2. Pixie_bit,

Someone else will probably chime in to confirm, but the Q is probably a manufacturer's Q and the ones in the ads often times don't list the store name on the Q. I don't know if Dierbergs has their extra ad available to view online like SNS does, but you can probably see the Q there if they do.

  3. Thanks Staci, I forgot Dierbergs started doing that more often recently!!!

  5. Hi All - I haven't had any problem using a manufacutrer coupon in a stores ad at another store.

Janet - I see you've already started your shopping this week. :)

  6. You're welcome! I just picked up the extra ad and there's no store name mentioned. =)

  8. Andrea,
So are the starkist pouches still priced at .75. I couldn't get there last week and was going to go to Schnucks tonight, but would rather try this tomorrow. Thanks much, Trish

  9. Hello,
Is that Dierberg's ad in the Sunday paper, in store, or somewhere else? Thanks in advance.

  10. Good Morning to All,

WTG Andrea on that shopping trip ;)

Trish-the Starkist White Albacore Low Sodium Tuna is $.75 ea til 4/9 or 4/19. Some other pouches are $1.00 still a very good deal after coupons and cat. HTH =)

Lucy-The Ritz Cracker coupon is in the Dierbergs Extra Ad which is in the stores by the regular ads. This coupon expires today. HTH. =)

  11. Hi Jeri-I sure did start early =) I was able to do six transactions yesterday. I just could not pass up the cracker deal with those free cheese coupons to go with. I was able to get:

    12 Kraft Shredded Cheeses
    Lots of Ritz Crackers =)
    4 pks Corned Beef(5.06, 5.07, 5.31 and 4.89ea)
    2 cans Kitty food
    3.18 lbs cabbage
5 Starkist Tuna Salad premade pouches

    Used $6.50 in Cats
    OOP $11.38
    Rec'd $10 and $1.50 back

A pretty good start to the week. The new Sunday start dates on the ads still has me a little off-kept thinking it was Monday yesterday.

Saturday I had to stop in and pick up the Stone Ridge ice cream on sale cuz one of my fav cashiers had given me a -$15% Friends and Family discount coupon that is good on SNS brand items. Picked up some very good ice cream really cheap.

While there I had a very nice conversation with the Store Director regarding WMs new coupon policy changes. I hope to hear word back this week regarding the acceptance of RRs at SNS. =) Gonna keep my fingers, toes and eyes crossed for good luck.

Have a great day to all.

  12. Welcome Lucy - I always love to see a knew name!

Hopefully, you have a Dierbergs close to you SNS. I'ts not a day anyone will want to venture out too far.

  13. Trish - I have not found the .75 sale tuna pouches. My store had some for .80 each though and that was not a sale price. Those are what I purchased. They do have some for $1 and some for $1.25 also.

  14. Hi Andrea - I can't figure out what's up with the Tuna prices at SNS.

In their In-Store ad they have a picture of Chuck Light Tuna pouch for $1 but the wording says cans. Then they have a correction notice at the store that it should have been for pouches.

But, the regular shelf price for that product is $0.80. What?

  15. Perfect day to shop today! Noone is out - I had the Harvester SnS all to myself because of the weather - this keeps the cashiers in a good mood for multiple transactions.
    I just bought:
    8 triscuit/wheat thins (2.48)
2 kraft cheese (2.08 - some of the philly shreds were not in the 2/$4 sale)
used 2 of the $3 cracker coupons and 1 $1/2 cheese
totalled $17.76, got the $10 cat
    then bought:
3 boxes purina cat food (priced at 2.48, I was worried they would be out on thurs)
    8 boxes ritz (1.88)
    10 pouches of tuna (.80)
    2 kraft shreds (2.08)
coupons and cat from previous trans - 28.94
paid 5.95 oop - also got the 10 and 2 1.50 cats to use for Thursday
I know people do better, but I am really happy with my trip, some items I paid more for, but it was because those are the items my family uses and likes, making them the best deal for me!

  16. Hi All,

    Just cking in.

Jeri-I am with you on the Starkist prices. Tested 35 Tuna Salad pouches @$1 ea this morning in one transaction and rec'd 7 $1.50 cats back. Came home counted all my tuna coupons and then called and placed a special order for 150 pouches for Thursday pick up. The salad pouches are ready to eat so these make an excellent donation item. On Thursday I will do them 50 at a time to be safe on if the cat prints. I am getting excited =)

WTG pixie_bit on your shopping trip bet you had that perma smile on your face walking out the doors ;)

  17. Great shopping, pixie_bit! You shouldn't ever conmpare your shopping with others. As long as you get what you need, save money and don't drive yourself crazy couponing, you should be more than happy.

Janet - Have you tried the salad pouches. My son love Tuna salad, but I hadn't ever thought about buying the pouches. But maybe it's not a good idea. At least it takes him a few minutes to make his own. He might eat 10 in our setting if all he had to do is open the pouch.

  18. Hi Jeri-I had a salad pouch for lunch today with Ritz crackers =) And I like them-they have celery, onion, mayo and dill already in it. Maybe get one for him to try and go from there. HTH You cannot beat very quick and easy. =)

  19. Hi Janet - I might get a few for me for lunch, but since he's old enough to make his own Tuna salad, I think I'll let him. The problem with the salad pouches is they might be too easy and he might chow too many down.

  20. Thanks for the heads-up on the Dierberg's coupon. I scored 10 boxes for $.28 ea. (I couldn't find the $1/2 coupon from the 1/30 SS.) Still a smokin' deal, considering I was mad as heck for letting my two high value Facebook coupons expire because I couldn't find a good enough sale. Next on the hit list... Thursday!
