There are $1.50 wheatable coupons out there, just google "$1.50 wheatable coupon" (sorry didn't want to put another deal site up in case you didn't want it listed!) Use 2 of those with the $1 off coupon from above and you could get 3 boxes for $1!
ReplyDeleteRemember that Dierberg has a 50% policy on printable coupons, so you may not be able to use a $1.50 printable on the Wheatables or a $1 printable on the Philly. I had no trouble using the $1 Philly printable at Schnucks, priced at $1.29.

ReplyDeleteHi CJ! Remember at Dierbergs the 50% "rule" is off regular retail price and not sale price. I'm not sure what the regular retail price is for either of these items, but it might be over the 50% rule.
I found B1G1 peelies on the Wheatables today. Buy Wheatables, get free Nut Crisps. Also, eggs were on "Manager's Special" for $1.08. I don't buy eggs every week, but that seemed cheap to me.

ReplyDeleteJeri - I've been told by several Dierbergs employees that the 50% is off the price the register rings up. I don't have any luck convincing them otherwise.

Jeri - It's been my experience that even when you have something in black & white, they will still do what they want. I dont argue with cashiers and managers anymore, it's just not worth my time.
