With blogger being unavailable on Sunday evening, I didn't get my menu plan written up. Come Monday evening I was standing at the fridge trying to figure out what was for dinner. Life is so much easier for me if I have my plan written down.
Tuesday: Breakfast burritos - sausage, eggs, and cheese, juice
Wednesday: Grilled chicken sandwiches, chips, grapes, green salad
Thursday: Grilled hamburgers, slaw, fruit
Friday: General Tso's chicken, broccoli, egg rolls,
Saturday: Date night
Sunday: Tilapia, long grain & wild rice, veggie
