  1. Every store I have been to has been out. I will keep on the hunt. At least it is an all month deal.

  2. There were only 2 left at the Kirkwood Wags when my mom get her 3 and they only had the acne cleansing kind. Hope they restock later in the month.

  3. Hah, I second you Lynda. Tried the WAGs in Fenton tonight to pick up a few remaining things on my weekly list and every SINGLE item that is a "good deal" to us couponers was out of stock. I wish the Wags around me would carry enough stock or restock midweek. It's annoying that in order to get in on the deals, you have to go at 8am Sunday morning....

  4. I don't know if some Walgreens stock better than others, or if some stores just have more "deal seekers." I think it is "deal seekers."

I have at least 12 Walgreens within 5 miles of my house. I know a couple of them will be out of stock on sale items Sunday morning, but a couple other ones will still have the sale goodies on Saturaday afternoon. My advise is to keep shopping around until you find that Walgreens that the other "deal seekers" haven't.

  5. Depending on where I have to go that week, I can hit up about 7-10 Wags within close range if there is something particular I am looking for. My problem has always been that I create a scenario where I will use down my register rewards in certain ways, to maximize gain and keep minimal oop expenses. But if the store carries some items, it doesn't have all of them, so them I have to refigure out my game plan in the middle of the store. I'm not sure I like dealing with the register reward game for this very reason. If the stores were well enough stocked, it would work out very well. I think I'm going to cut back on my WAGing and focus more on Target where I've gotten some crazy good deals recently. Although I will say that not a single Target (I've tried 5 now) has ever had any of the scrubbing bubbles products there are coupons for, on any given day that I have been there :( People go NUTS over scrubbing bubbles lol

  6. Hi couponmama - When I have to refigure my scenario at Walgreens or CVS, I go back to the pharmacy area and find a chair, pull out my calculator, pen and paper.

Everyone gets Walgreens weary from time to time. Spent your RR's and take a break. After a break, you'll find the "fun" in it again.

  7. This is still working at my Wags (Jefferson City) and the tags are still up! There were actually 12 bars there today. For a week and a half they were out at all three. I asked a manager at two to order some and both did. I also went a head and got rainchecks for the 25% off promo so still had a great MM!

  8. Hi Jefferson City - Thanks, for the info. It's strange how so many people didn't get the RR last week and now it's printing again.

You were thinking to get a raincheck. I don't even think about rainchecks at Walgreens since so many deals are tied in with RR. I need to think through the deal better.
