Kelly left a comment this morning that she purchased (3) Neutrogena Bar Soaps today and her Register Reward did not print. As any good Walgreens shopper will do, she promptly returned the product. Way to go, Kelly!
Now, I'm reading on Wild for Wags that people all over the country are not receiving the Register Reward. Looks like this money-making deal is over.
What I'm most surprised with, is that any store still had them in stock.

I would say to was a conspiracy that they put the bars of soap out after the barcodes were changed in the system, but they had little to no idea about the promotion. Boy, if I was a WAGS manager, I'd read the blogs everyday to find out the scoop. They are missing out. Kelly
ReplyDeleteHi Kelly - I agree, no conspiracy at Walgreens - not savvy enough for that. I alway love it when you walk out of Walgreens with a fantastic deal and the cashier is madly looking through the ad trying to figure out what just happened.
ReplyDeleteIt's not over...they are still working if you can find them. I found a full shelf at 2 wags on sunday. Got a set at each store. They were sold out the next day! But they're still producing a RR if you can find them

ReplyDeleteI tried on Saturday before 25% off sale ended. At first Wags, I was told my purchase didn't add up to $10, if I wanted to buy more he'd give me $10 RR. I said nevermind. Second store I was going to purchase face cleanser and two soaps, which added to over $10, then I had 3-$1 of coupons. The woman told me she knows the soap won't work for the register reward, she tried it day before. VERY FRUSTRATING. If I wouldn't have been in a hurry, I would have tried it anyway..but I had a kid waiting for me to pick him up...ughh, kids, lol
