  1. Thanks for spreading the word about the Pantry. I have 3 bags full of food and treats ready for them. I love getting things for free and passing them along to people (and pets!) who need them.

  2. Thanks for the tip! I took my 5 yr old to Schnucks and we stocked up to help the doggies and kitties (while still making $4 that mommy used on dinner items for the pasta con broccoli on your menu planner!) Win/ Win!!

When we dropped them at the Starbucks in Kirkwood (one of the drop points for the Bi-State Pet Food Pantry), they had a sign that you could receive $1 off a drink with a donation.

  4. Hi Kelly in West County - That sounds like a really fun outing with your 5 yr old. I hope you like Pasta con Broccoli. As you can tell by how often I have it on my menu plan, it's a family favorite. And really easy to make.

Hi Lynda - Sorry to hear your store was out of stock. Did you find a place on the shelf where they should have been? I've heard some peopl found them on and end aisle dispay and other in a bin.

  6. Just an FYI everything in the box that advertised for the GM $5 ONYO is not included I bought 3 El Paso seasonings and 7 cans of green chilis and no coupon...I did get a $1 of meat....I went to the counter and the lady said they have to be marked on the shelf.

I wonder if the other El Paso items will trigger both the $5 and $$$ of meat? Hm,.....

  9. Because of the overage I am wondering if people are using the coupon at self checkout or regular checkout. Is it beepless both ways? Thanks in advance!

  10. Hi Anonymous - I havn't heard of anyone having problems using these coupons and getting the overage.

Sadina told me hers went through at the checkout without any beeps. She used them again at the self checkout and had to give them to the cashier who pushed them through.

I bought one and it went through without a beep. The second time I bought 4 or 5 and the first few coupons went through and I think the last few the cashier had to push through. I checked out with a young guy. He didn't question them.
