Several readers have mentioned this rebate, and until this week I haven't been able to find the hang tag. Finally, I found one this week.

Make it a habit to cruise through the liquor and beer aisle at the grocery store. You never know what goodies you'll find.
Hey Jeri,
ReplyDeleteThis one says save $5 with a combined purchase of a 750 mL or larger Absolute brand product. Does this mean you have to buy alcohol to get the coupon? Thanks!
Hi phoward - I wish my scanner worked better (or I knew how to make it work better) and you could see that the rebate form I found states No Alcohol Purchased Required and then the list of states.
ReplyDeleteIf you're in MO you don't have to buy an Absolut product to get the rebate. If you are in IL you would.
Jeri, I found a Heineken Holiday Essential Rebate at Diebergs in Brentwood today, and there are some left there. It is for $20 WYB $80 worth of groceries, or $15 WYB a christmas tree or $20 worth of holiday decorations. Good until 1/4/11, so you could buy a bunch of holiday decorations after christmas on sale and use it, potentially!! The only thing that bothers me is that it wants the UPCs of all the items you buy. Give me a break. It really makes me mad on the grocery one, because I buy a lot of stockpile groceries that I dont consume before the rebate date is over, and dont want to cut the UPC off and potentially spoil the food. GRR.
ReplyDeleteI bought 6 Del Monte Fruit Naturals fruit cups for the Absolt rebate. Hoping it works!
ReplyDeleteThanks, couponmama! $80 worth of UPC's. That's crazy.

ReplyDeleteI talked to CMS Rebate Center earlier in the year about the UPCs and they said they only need UPCs on the alcohol which we are not required to buy. So no UPCa :) Hope that is helpful
Thanks, Lisa! It is a good idea to call and confirm what is actually meant on the form. There is so little space for instructions on those things.
