Schnucks sneakingly positions the HR variety in between all the others, making it look like they are all the same price. Anyone tried the fruity cheerios and care to comment? Are they like fruit loops? Hoping they are a bit healthier as I've been limiting my daughter to chex, mini wheats and cheerios and my husband is dying for sugary cereal :)

ReplyDeleteDon't know about fruity cheerios, but we have always "cut" our daughters' cereals with half regular cheerios and half (or less) sugary cereal. They don't feel deprived and it is healthier for them than a full bowl of sugary stuff.
If anyone picked up the General Mills Pit Stop savings coupon book that was around a couple weeks ago there was a $1/1 Pillsbury Refrigerated Simply product coupon. This would make the biscuits free?

ReplyDeleteWe've tried the fruity Cheerios. My hubby actually prefers them to Fruit Loops. They are good, plus they don't have the rough texture that Fruit Loops have that my son complains makes his mouth "ouchie". They don't seem as sweet or fake fruity tasting. HTH!
