Shop 'n Save March Catalina Offers
Shop 'n Save Catalina Offers good through Saturday, 3/19/11
I've searched the aisles of Shop 'n Save to come up with this month's list of Catalina offers. Shop 'n Save advertises only the first level of their Catalinas on their shelf tags. I searched online other grocery store Catalina deals from around the country and have included additional levels if I have found them working elsewhere.
There might be more Catalina offers than I've found. If you have additional information, please leave a comment.

Hi Jeri,
ReplyDeleteTYVM for posting the Cat list. I had gathered this info last week but with this sinus/head cold I seem to have misplaced my list.
Once again-Thank you very much for all you do =)
Hi Janet - I didn't have this list together any sooner because I'd been feeling lousy too.
ReplyDeleteI've learned to take pics of the little Cat signs with my phone. I used to write them down and if I didn't loose the paper, I couldn't read my scribbling.
Hi Jeri,
ReplyDeleteTo funny-I do a part scribble and shorthand takin' notes =) I tried to do the phone pics but cannot find the phone cord to download-not to techie with all the new stuff =)
And all this talk about WM taking RRs from Wags got me thinkin'-I am heading to SNS armed with the WM policy and be brave enough to ask my Fav Store Director his thoughts on whether or not SNS can/will do the same. I do not do WM because of past problems but as others have mentioned-this new change in policy to take RRs and clearly making the statement regarding overage will get me to shop there. I would much rather be loyal to SNS. JMO =)
Hi Janet - I'll be interested in what you find out at SNS. From what I can tell, the grocery stores are very concerned with Walmart/Super Walmart expanding in this area.
ReplyDeleteI hope the new Walmart coupon policy will make other stores look at their own and make them easy to understand by the customer and employee.
Hi All,
ReplyDeleteJeri-I could not make it to my regular SNS but I did make a quick pitstop at another I visit often and know the store director pretty well from past conversations. I think I presented the facts as best I could including reluctantly stating that WM might get more of my business if they are going to take Wags RRs as payment. The store director and I both agreed that WM must know they are going to be reimbursed for the RRs or they would not make the new policy changes/statements. And if WM knows they are going to be reimbursed then why should SNS be worried. After a phone call the conclusion was No SNS will not take RRs at this time. I am not sure I cannot let this rest and will do more cking/calling in regards to the acceptance of RRs at SNS. I guess a girl can dream for now =)
Also a couple extra cat deals I came across.
ReplyDeleteBuy 2 V8 Splash get $.75 Cat back
Good til 3/19
Post Pebbles cereals:
B 3 Get $2
B 4 Get $3
B 5 + Get $4
2/25/11-3/20/11
I had tested the Post Pebbles cereal and thought the cat did not print/was not working but when I stopped in SNS today one of the cashiers had a envie with the $4 Cat inside and said it printed almost during the next transaction she was doing. But just Very Very nice of them to save the Cat for me. =)
hi all,
ReplyDeleteSNS would get reimbused it is just their choice to not take them. I came here recently from the chicagoland area and was a regular shopper at Jewel-osco. Both Jewel-osco and SNS are owned by Supervalue. Jewel-osco's policy is to accept RR for payment and they do get reimbursed. As soon as I moved here, I addressed this issue with SNS and they said not at this time. Lets keep our fingers crossed. Has Walmart openly stated they all accept RR as payment? If so has anyone tried it and confirmed it is not a problem?
Good Morning to All,
ReplyDeleteBecky-The Jewel-Osco acceptance of RRs was part of my main statement yesterday at SNS. =) If one part of the SuperValu chain accepts RRs then why can't the rest of the chain. =)
Hi Janet - Thanks for the additional Catalina info. I'll add it to the list.
ReplyDeleteWhat I meant about the other stores worried is that they are afraid Walmart is cutting into their business. I was thinking they might follow Walmarts lead (accepting RR), not to loose buisiness
Hi Becky - I always love to hear what grocery stores in other parts of the country do - although it tends to make me jealous.
I wish one of the grocery stores in town would be a leader in the industry instead of doing the same things the same way becasue that has always been how it's done. But, that is kind of a St Louis way of doing business - and look what has happened over the last few decades.
Hi Jeri,
ReplyDeleteI stressed the point about WM taking other stores business also in my conversation. I showed the Store Director exactly what RRs I had and the total value of them. I stated that with WMs new policy they might get me to step foot back into the store reluctantly. My other thought is what loss Wags is going to take for losing the RRs not being spent in their stores. This might put a stop to RRs. My Wags manager is always happy to do the special ordering for me cuz she knows I will spend the RRs in her store. IDK we will just have to see how this one plays out. I am looking at it as only WM is on the winning end.
Hi Janet - Walgreens Corporate must know RR can be spent elsewhere. They are located in somewhere in Chicagoland where Jewel is also.
ReplyDeleteI agree the big winner is Walmart.
Hey Janet - do you remember the price of the Pebbles cereal?
ReplyDeleteGood Afternoon to All,
ReplyDeleteHi Andrea-the Pebbles were $2.00 a box last week. I have not cked this week. I will be stopping by tomorrow after work @12 and can ck then if we have not heard.
Hi Jeri-I am just sad thinking of how Wags is on the losing end and of how it will put an end to the RRs.
my Betty Crocker fruit snack cat did not print today. My four month old started fussing while I was waiting in line at the c.s. desk. I didn't get a chance to talk to them, so I guess I will be calling the catalina marketing company. Where does the info for the catalina deal come from? Is it listed somewhere on the store website? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHi LeAnn - Catalina deals seem to be a big secret at the St Louis grocery stores. None of them publish a list and most of the time no one at the stores know what they are.
ReplyDeleteUntil rescently all you could do was seach the store for singage or hope to get a print out at checkout advertising the offer.
