ReplyDeleteI stopped in this morning before work and picked up the OM bologna and did receive the cat back. =)
I went this AM just to grab bread and wad glad I brought my coupons! The Piccolino pasta is included in the sale price (though I misread the sign that they were $1 each). I bought the ocean spray juice and blueberries..but they had no coupons at the Edwardsvll store. After a looping wait...the awesome manager gave me $5 in "sorry bucks" for my time! I wasn't upset, I was just going to return the berries...second time I've had outstanding CS from managers there!

My local Schnuck's is home to a Beggin Strips shelf clearer...I have yet to come and find any. :( They keep getting them in and they keep clearing them. I have gone everyday for a week.

ReplyDeleteNone of the 5 locations I'd been to even had shelf space for the 3 oz Beggin Strips so I think some locations just dont carry it. Finally found them at the Affton store today, they have lots. I was surprised I had to pay tax on the pre-coupon amount, I've never had that happen at any Schnucks store before.
ReplyDeleteI had to go to 4 stores last week to find a store that had them. A grocery manager at one of the stores said that it was a special order item and that once they are out - they are out.
ReplyDeleteHey y'all my Schnucks told me they dont carry the 3oz Beggin Strips. So I talked to the Manager and they gave me the 6oz for $2.00. Ended up getting 8 bags for $8.00. Saving $20.00 total.

Insider info: I was told that none of the Schnucks stores received the 3oz Beggin Strips in time for the advertised sale. The manufacturer didn't ship on time. However, they should all have them today. The Bridgeton store had plenty this morning. Stores that don't normally carry the 3oz size will get dispays to put in aisles or on end caps.

ReplyDeleteI got the last 4 Beggin' Strips at the High Ridge store last night. Bummer because I wanted to get 8 (and use 2 of the $1.50 off of 2 Purina Dog Treats coupons) so I'd have ended up with a total of 8 for $1.00. Oh well.
ReplyDeleteFor the blueberries my cashier had to "fake it" he said and ran over to customer service to get some other coupon that he scanned and then took off the $2.50. I don't care, as long as it works!

ReplyDeleteJust FYI I have spotted the coupon boxes for -$1.50 off Any 3 Suave Products. Suave deodorants are running $1 as well as the poos/conditioners. $.50 ea after coupon is not a bad price. =)
Ok so I signed up for coupon network and am still confused. Do I need to print the "save as much as" coupons to take with me or are those generally Catalinas already?

ReplyDeleteI wonder if I can't do better than that on the Edy's deal. Nestle Drumstick 4packs are 3.19. There is a $1/1 facebook coupon. Use four and the total price is 8.76. Makes them 1.19 a pack after cat, or only 0.30 a cone!

ReplyDeleteLate notice, ends tomorrow, but theres a pretty good deal on minute maid 12 packs...on sale 2/$6, and you can use the $1 off 2 12pks coupon from the beer display (coors or miller, can't remember) that expires 7/10. also running through 7/10 is a cataline on minute maid 12 pks...buy 2 get $1 oyno, 3 get $2, 4 get $3. If you buy 4 12 pks ($12) use 2 $1 off, you pay $10 for 4 12 pks and get a $3 cat. Only tomorrow though.
