Wow! I sure hope grocery sales are as good as last year at back to school time. My stockpile is running so very low.
ReplyDeleteHi Teresa - I don't remember the deals beging quite this bad last summer. I too hope things pick up in the next month.
ReplyDeleteGood Morning to All,
ReplyDeleteI really hope some good deals come around soon. I might have to stop in at my SNS today after work to chat no shopping. I have not been there in @ week. I know they are wondering where I am =)
Have a great day to All.
Hi Janet - I hope some good deal suface soon, too.
ReplyDeleteGood Evening to All,
ReplyDeleteI been to the Shop =) see ya there.
Thanks, Janet!
ReplyDeleteWhat's up with the prices nowadays in St. Louis? Do they really have to be as high as the heat index? :( Ramen noodles used to be 17cents, now they're 3cents more. I also use them as a "filler" on Coupon Thursdays.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, hubby needs milk last night and since we're passing by a Save A Lot, I asked him to stop there to get the milk. It was my first time to get in the store. So much for a "save a lot" in that store. 2% milk was $3.55. Higher than SnS' $3.46 price. Wish we just stopped at Aldi or SnS for the milk! Hubby didn't want to stop anymore at any other store to get the milk for some pennies to save. :I. Lesson learned, no more Save A Lot from now on for us. :(
I agree with you coupon.girl. Prics are outragours. The discount grocery store aren't as "discount" as they used to be.
ReplyDeleteI want to confirm the Snackwells Catalina working at SNS...the bars are priced at 2.68
ReplyDeleteHi Sadina - I haven't heard if it is or not. My store has never put up the Cat shelf tags this month.
