I was just informed by Shop n Save Corp offices that The SnS at Shrewsbury and Lemay Ferry locations DO accept the Sappington Market competitors coupon for 10 off 50 Thursdays (if Sappington market has them for printing).
ReplyDeleteI'm assuming that the GM deal stacks. They usually do on instant savings - right?
ReplyDeleteThe Catalina that was going on during the week of 7/10 for buy 100 worth of participating gift cards get 5 towards a fuel GC is still going on and is valid til 8/6...I did it yesterday....
ReplyDeleteI did the GM deal this morning. I did 12 items per transaction and it did stack.
ReplyDeleteHi All
ReplyDeletetubelessinstl - I'll add the other store to my list. Thanks for calling corp.
Sadina - Thanks for the info on the Giftcard deal
Hi Becky - Thanks for confiming the GM instant savings stacks. It's always nice when someone has tested the deal and you know what will happen when you get to the store.
Thanks for the stacking info! I have several $3/3 GM cereal peelies (all from boxes I purchased, in case anyone is wondering ;-) ) from a while back that will work great with this deal. =)
ReplyDeleteNow if only one of those stores that accepts the $10/50 Sappington Market Qs were a little closer. I'd probably blow my most of my $10 savings in gas just to get there!
Does anyone have a confirmation on the Snackwell cat?
ReplyDeleteKelly i can confirm the snackwell cat is working and price was 2.68 when i purchased two days ago
ReplyDeleteFrom what I am reading, it sounds like the GM only stacks 3 high, so a limit of 12 per transaction.
ReplyDeleteGood Afternoon to All,
ReplyDeleteTYVM Becky on the stacking info =)
Has anyone tried the OM Hot Dog Cat?
TYVM Jeri for the great match up =)
Can someone please explain what this means "GM only stacks 3 high, so a limit of 12 per transaction"?
ReplyDeleteDoes it mean I can buy 12 GM items and get $12 instant savings?
Wendy,
ReplyDeleteYes, it means you can buy 12 GM items and get $12 off instantly. However, if you buy 16 (or a larger multiple of 4) items, you still will only get $12 off. So if you want more than 12 items, you would need to do separate transactions.
When I stopped at the Twin Oaks store today, the Snackwells were $3.28. I double checked at CS and they were ringing up at $3.28 now. Just FYI. :-)
ReplyDeleteWOW..thanks for the info about Lemay SnS...now where do I get the $10 Sappington Coupon?
ReplyDeleteI was going to print the Sappington Farmer's Market coupon, but noticed it is dated 7/21. Hopefully they will update it before Thursday.
ReplyDeleteHi All - Thanks for the additional info.
ReplyDeleteDenise - Sappington Farmers market puts the $10/$50 on their website. I put a link to it at the top of this post. You can also get their ad in Wed. Post-Dispatch. If use use the coupon from the P-D take the entire add with you.
KC - They are a little slow this week. I would expect SFM to update the coupon yet this week, or pick up a Post-Dispatch on Wed.
Thanks so much Jeri and KC!
ReplyDeleteSo.... if I am doing the GM deal 3x in one transaction, and using the sfm $10 q.... will I have to spend 62 instead of 50.... since it is the instant type of q that comes off? I think that's how it was last time? TIA
ReplyDeleteMichelle,
ReplyDeleteNo, you should only have to spend $50 before any discounts, including the instant savings. So with 12 GM items, you would be at $28 after the SFM coupon. This is how it would work if it was a $10/$50 week. You may have problem with your cashier if they don't realize there is a GM deal. I like to put my last GM item at the end so they can see where it came off right above the total.
what cereals are included - is multi grain cheerios and honey nut
ReplyDeleteHi All!
ReplyDeleteMichelle B - Yes, that is they way I understand how the coupon match works with an instant savings. Since the $10 has to be entered manually, the cashier will have already hit enter and the instant saving will already be deducted.
JB - On a store wide $10/$50 Thursday the $10 comes off automatically and your total works before instanat savings. But, from what I've heard the SFM match works differently. Have you expierenced something different than what I just told Michelle?
Anonymous - I have been to SNS to check which cereals are included in the GM deal. I don't do near as much running around in ths hot weather. I hope someone will have the answer for you.
Jeri,
ReplyDeleteI know I have had my total drop below $50 with instant savings in the past and still been able to use the SFM coupon. This is a bigger instant savings than usual though so I am a little worried about this week.
Thanks, JB for sharing your expierence. I'm guessing it all depends on your cashier or store. It might be hard to argue the point being that they are matching another stores coupon.
ReplyDeleteNot much there for us this week. I don't see anything my family eats on the list. Sigh...
ReplyDeleteI was at the Crestwood SNS this morning. They refused to accept any of my Walgreens RR's. They said they will not accept them any longer due to some of them having the wording 'redeemable only at walgreens' at the bottom. I don't like this because it was a convenient way to use some of my excess Walgreens RR's. Is it like this at all stores or just Crestwood?
ReplyDeleteWill
Good Afternoon to All,
ReplyDeleteHi Will-You need to speak to Valerie with SNS customer service to clairify which ones are acceptable. I have been out of the Wags loop(which has been GREAT) and have not had RRs to use at SNS been using Schnucks cats with no problems.
On another note-I been to the Shop =) See ya there =)
I went to Crestwood this morning and did 2 orders and had no problems using the SFM coupon even though my total was below $50 with the GM discount.
ReplyDeleteI also had no problem using the SFM coupon at the Fenton location after the total was below $50 from GM discounts.
ReplyDeleteHi All
ReplyDelete3 Little Moneys - I skipped SNS this week too, but then again, I haven't been buying much of anything for groceries exept for perishables.
Will - I haven't use RR at SNS because I jsut haven't shopped much at Walgreens lately. Janet has great advice. Call Valerie SNS corporate.
Thanks JB & Kelsie for checking in. I'm glad the SFM coupon worked with the instant saings.
We just picked up some things at Aldi's.
ReplyDeleteThe Nature Valley Granola Thins are also part of the GM deal. Use the $.75 off one coupon from the 6/26SS.
ReplyDeleteWent to SNS in Edwardsville last night (been out of town for 2 1/2 weeks....so it was fun to do a couponing run again). I used the 2 $.75 and 2 .$85 off printable Cookie Crisp cereals from earlier this month (never intended to use these...so glad I printed them AND actually happy to see they only have 110 calories per serving plus whole grain...and a leeetle sugar...teehee) for my first 4 GM, PLUS be on the look-out for winetags from Woodbridge for $1 off your total grocery order of $5 or more...only found two at my store. Stacked two GM's together and got Four Cheerios (2 $.60 and 2 $.70 off printables again) and four Chex Mix Trail Mix (perfect for work for me) minus ($2 more in Qs and another $1 Woodbridge winetag. Grandtotal spent was less than $8 for 8 boxes of cereal and 4 bags of Chex mix!
ReplyDeleteBe also on the look-out for the $1 off Chicken winetag coupons from Rex Goliath (exp 9/30/11 NWPN). Only $2 chicken purchase is required...these were GREAT when SNS had their boneless chicken tender sale a few weeks ago and sold them in small packs for $1.89/lb!
Also had a new Kraft peel-off I hadn't seen for $2 off potatoes with purchase of Velveeta/parmesan/precooked bacon/bacon bits (must buy three)...got a few but probably will just go to Aldi for my potatoes!
I'm finally getting my gift-cards and rebates in that I started doing a few months ago...so I'm excited to put those into my 'shopping account' and REALLY make shopping as free as it can be!
Happy shopping everyone...glad to be back!
Eve
Hi KC - Thanks for the additional info!
ReplyDeleteHi Eve - Welcome home. I hope you were somewhere that was cool. You might have came home too early with this unbearable weather.
