ReplyDeleteHi Lynda- Which store do you usually shop at? Kelly mentioned over on Coupon STL Facebook page that the manager at her store said all SNS were suppose to take SFM money off coupons. But, it doesn't sound like that is happening.

ReplyDeleteHmmmm...I've never asked over here since there's it's not 'direct competition'...but I toyed with the idea of asking about Market Basket's coupons for ten off $60 Tuesday...since I had July Q's for that. Guess it never hurts to ask. Eve
ReplyDeleteJust want to point out that the fine print on the P&G Catalina says that the $20 is calculated after any coupons are redeemed (at least here in Springfield IL).

ReplyDeleteIt never hurts to ask if your SNS will accept either SFM or Market Basket coupons. The worst they can say is no, but you might be pleasantly surprised.
KES - Yes the ad says the P&G Cat is after coupons here in St Louis too. But, unless something has changed, since the last P&G Cat, their registers are not coded to figure coupon values when triggering the Catalina.
I've been out of town....but anyone else discussed the issues with SNS and RR from Wags? Wags has started printing 'redeemable only at Walgreens' at the bottom of the RR; therefore SNS can't get reimbursed on those. Bummer. I wad lazy with not recycling my RR since I figured all would go toward the P&G cat at SNS. SNS will always get my biz over Wags any day! EVE

ReplyDeleteThe RR's still state Manufacturers Coupon on top. I did contact Valerie and she said as long as it doesn't say 'Acceptable only at Walgreens' at the bottom of the RR, they are still acceptable.

I called corporate and wad told that the ones with 'wags only' were the problem...memo went put to stores a few days ago. They still match other cats from other stores...just not those with that wording.

ReplyDeleteI did the P&G deal this morning and it worked, It says after coupons but It worked after my coupons. Also used the Sappington 10 off 50 at the Fenton store and no problems. Got a few more trips to make.
ReplyDeleteSome of the rice krispies that are on sale have the CARS 2 promotion. Enter four codes online for a $5 pre-paid Visa (gas card). These were 12oz so the proof of purchases could be used for the $10 gas rebate (AARP). Also, look for BOGO on the 1.25 Diet Cokes. These made for great deals today! Unfortunately, I couldn't find any Bounty Basic at Twin Oaks - Oh well - I'm happy with my edy's ice cream!
