I had to smile about your schedule getting "supper" busy this time of year! =)
ReplyDeleteMy supper tonight will be salmon cakes, I found the recipe in the current issue of All You. Good way to use up some of the instant mashed potatoes that have been in my pantry for a while (the recipe calls for real potatoes but I love to substitute and simplify recipes).
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone have a tip for keeping meatballs round as they cook? Mine always flatten on the top and bottom. Still taste good but I'd love to be able to make pretty round meatballs. I make mine with ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, an egg and sometimes a bit of shredded cheese and I cook them in a nonstick pan on the stovetop (I dont have an oven).
