Menu Plan Monday - Week of 4/02/12


Another crazy busy week for my family.  I'm not sure when we will to have time to cook some evenings - let alone time to eat.  I'm keeping the menu easy and hope I don't have to resort to putting a cereal box on the table for dinner.

What do you eat when there is no time to cook?

Monday: Spaghetti, Green Salad, Garlic Bread

Tuesday:  Ham & Cheese Omelets, Orange Juice

Wednesday:  Grilled Chicken Breast,  Garlic Mashed Potatoes,  Frozen Veggie and Fresh Pineapple

Thursday: Honey Mustard Chicken Wraps,  Chips, Fresh Fruit

Friday: General Tso's Chicken (Kahiki), Steamed Rice

Saturday:  Grilled Hamburgers,  Sweet Potato Fries

Sunday:  Ham, Baked Potatoes, Broccoli, Fresh Pineapple

  1. When there's no time to cook I eat Taco Bell. Even when there is time to cook I eat Taco Bell :) But tonight I'm making Stouffers Sautes tortellini and tomorrow will be pork cutlets.

  2. We eat quick things like tacos, or maybe BBQ chicken sandwiches (or pork) from the crockpot (That's cooking today while I sub!). Quesadillas are quick, too. And I like leftover nights, too ;)
