Almost nothing appeals to me on the sales list BUT I'm having a big dinner party this weekend so I will get the majority of the supplies Thursday. Only problem is that I have one sick kid and another that has a doctor's appointment. Then baseball practice in the evening. I think I'm going to have to make an early trip and a late trip so I can leave kids at home. At least I won't really have to worry about the things I need selling out. Silver lining?
ReplyDeleteMy SNS had the Nestle Refrigerated Cookie Dough on sale for .99 each. There was a $1/1 coupon in the 3/25 SS making these free. I had no problems with the coupons at checkout. yea!
ReplyDeleteHi Carrie - Woo Hoo! Thanks for letting us know what a great deal you found.
DeleteBTW, I tried to buy a $50 gift card and use the Entertainment Book coupon. They refused me and said they no longer will do that for gift cards. I haven't tried to buy one in a while, I wonder when they decided not to do that deal. Next thing you know they won't let you use them on Coupon Thursdays.
ReplyDeleteMarcella,
DeleteThey actually put a sign up at the end of last year (at least they did at my store) letting customers know about the change. If you didn't go by CS it would have easily been missed. I think they must have finally figured out about the double dipping! =)
The old coupons clearly stated they were for purchases and S&S gift cards of $50 or more. The new ones say nothing about gift cards on the front, but the back of the coupon list ALL gifts cards as a restriction. I noticed the changed when the 2012 Entertainment books came out right away. It amazes me that they even allowed it in the first place, it was clearly double dipping.
DeleteI don't see the $1/4 coupon on Facebook for the DelMonte. Help please!
